Pain Science Updates

Person-centered care for people in pain doesn't just happen. There's a lot to consider, and most of it we didn't get through our formal education so finding the information we need can be a bit daunting. Here are some links to current pain science/BPS oriented courses, some guidance on putting that knowledge into practice, and other links that might be of value to help therapists navigate the chasm from biomechanical tissue-based thinking, to a patient-centered biopsychosocial perspective.
